Could not be happier with my experience in this store. This is my second purchase, this time for a larger project. I was happy the first time and happy this time. The staff - from the store staff to the regional manager I met in store - are always super-happy to help, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible experience. Incredible experience in the Tile Giant store at Swindon I just had to write a review about it. Possibly the best customer experience I’ve received in any store let alone a tiling store. I first contacted the store over the phone about external flooring grout recommendation for my porcelain tiles. Keane Banks was on the phone and was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a great grout product. I was unsure about colour so I brought in a porcelain cutoff for review. Keane was kind to get the colour swatches out so I could pick a shade that matched my tile, I was stuck between two shades with subtle differences but Keane helped picked out the best one. Keane also provided excellent technical knowledge on how to apply the product and gave great tips/advice. He also helped me avert a potential disaster with my cowboy landscapers who planned to apply this product incorrectly. Keane gave me the confidence to tell them how to correctly apply it and they remarkably listened. Keane potentially saved me thousands of pounds of damage that may have happened had he not provided this critical advice. In shop experience was great, store was nicely laid out with great selection of products. Keane was kind enough to help me carry several bags of grout to my vehicle which I was very appreciative of. He certainly went beyond what was expected of him and deserves recognition. Full marks to Keane Banks and the Swindon store. I will certainly be returning for products in the future and advise my family and friends to go there for their tiling needs. Their fantastic customer service must have rubbed onto their customers because during my visit I noticed the repeat customers were very nice with me too. I can see why people keep coming back. Very impressed ! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *UPDATE* 09/05/22 - I needed more help and advice with grouting application so I gave the store a call for advice. I spoke to the Chris the store manager who was super helpful. I've never grouted outdoors before let alone 49m2 of porcelain tiles and I was making a mess. Chris gave fantastic advice and tips based on his expertise that I am most grateful about. He advised me on mixing process as per manufacturer's guidance, tips about finding the best grout consistency and storage of grout powder (turns out you don't need to use the whole bag at once). Again, great customer service. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time I had to buy tiles for a new bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful. Everything I needed to know around tiling was explained to me and I came home with everything the builder needed for tiling the new bathroom. Would recommend the Tile Giant in Swindon to anyone new to tiling. Shop has a good choice of tiles in all price ranges incl accessories. If something is not in stock then it is quickly ordered for you. Very happy!
