Tour is pre-planned in details and Excellently Managed by site manager Ms. Neema and backed up by the company's management. The Tour manager's professionalism and human touch is excellent. The qualities of Tour Manager Ms. Neema is very kind, caring, co-operative and helpful in all situations keeping the entire group together with full information of Tour itnarry in details. and entertaining all of us with songs, Jocks, stories etc during long journey and always available at every stage of the tour,explaining in details the pre requirements of site conditions existing over there before leaving for In sight seeing, the arrangements of Bus for people transportation very good, driver mr. Nafiz excellent knowing all the route, driving excellently people do not feel they are traveling, helping hand in moving luggage into and off the vehicals, Tour managers discussion regarding daily visits in advance, explaining the brief details and history of site seeing in details and well liaison with other persons involved such as hotel managent , transporting vehicals , site seeing team and arrangements of Indian food prepared by Hotel. Maintained decipline in the group with love and caring way. A very happy personality, mixed with us like family member. Every member missed Tour Manager on departure. The quality of the rooms provided in Scotland Hotel were Good to 4star rating and the Indian food served in Restaurant was good. On request of all group the the tour manager has arranged food at Mr. Basrai's Word Cuisines at Edinburgh was beyond the expections of all.The home food taste was given to all in Scotland in UK country so everyone enjoys the tour in healthier manner. Overall it was excellent experience of our Scotland tour with Team of Tour Manager Ms. Neema and Busdriver Mr. Nafiz
