Our ceremony in the Vivary Room on 15/04/23 was handled with great care and professionalism by all the staff. We were a party of 17 people. Our registrar, Paul, was magnificent. He was natural, unrushed and he put everyone at ease. I recommend this venue wholeheartedly.

Thank you for all of your help, patience and professionalism to everyone at Somerset Registration Service who were fantastic at helping us plan and deliver our big day in June 2022! I was greeted outside at arrival and a wonderful gentlemen helped us keep calm and know what to expect. Our Register Minister was perfect too! Staff were joyous for and with us. My entrance song was lengthy but for me the entrance time was very important and this was really respected. Thank you very much for being such a good part of our journey.

Beautiful building, some staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately one registrar was extremely rude and unprofessional. She switched off the music 3.5mins into a 5 min track for a dance they were already aware would be 5 mins long. Really upsetting for the guests to witness and the couple getting married, especially for the bride who was the one performing! There was 15 mins spare after the ceremony so we weren’t exactly rushed for time either. I would not recommend this place to friends or family.

Went to register my sons birth and to be met with covid covid covid... Dont get me wrong and i understand about protecting people but this place has gone over the top. They tell you the lift is out of order and the toilets but they are not its due to covid just be honest.... Made us leave the baby pram down stars and we had to carry my boy up two flight of stairs. Then we got to our room and knocked to be met with the rudest person ever at this point we was told the interviews were all over the phone . Just gone mad.....
