Rooms: No ofrecen agua caliente en la ducha. No hay servicio, es decir en 4 días no limpiaron la habitación o sacaron la basura. Los colchones pésimos. Nearby activities: Bien ubicado, a dos calles del museo madame Tussauds. Una parada de autobús justo en frente y a dos calles la estación de Bakery street Safety: Buena. Walkability: Amplia.

Will definitely give more stars in the future! The hotel is a wonderful work in progress. It seems the new owners are definitely making some big improvements to the rooms and I stayed in a lovely airy room with a good shower. Good area to stay with good links to all of london. Great for a quick trip to the city. Would definitely improve with more work :)

Rooms: The rooms are super chic , clean and cozy. Love love love the wood detailing. Nearby activities: Coffee, parks, fish and chips , you name it, its probably near this fairy tale like place called Somerset hotel Safety: Never felt safer/ calmer anywhere else. So sweet and caring. They have cctv and staff on hand. Plus a handy dandy number in the high unlikelyhood that somebody isnt there to assist you Walkability: The walkability is amazing. I got an oyster card , but sadly didnt even use it once because of how amazing this place is. Its only about 30 mins walk to all the favorite tourist spots like Buckingham palace , london eye , soho. Everything is so conveniently close especially cute places to take pictures Noteworthy details: THE COFFEE STATION. You get complimentary tea, cookies and a variety of different coffee pods from costa and such. Such a good idea and feels like a small luxury that way too many places lack.
