I’ve had a 4 day Vedic introduction course. Learnt a lot of useful information and strategy during this time. Each day included a guided meditation and there was plenty of time to ask questions. Information was taught around the subjects of stress and sleep too, indicating how important they are and how meditation can help. Would highly recommend having a free introduction talk to see if this would be a positive experience for you.

I came to learn Vedic meditation with Sam after 18 months of living with Long Covid. I had been meditation the whole time prior and found some benefit in this, but I didn't notice much difference in my symptoms and I struggled with consistency. I have been meditating for over a year now and have noticed change in my reaction to situations that I have always feared and people who cause me anxiety, whilst the fear hasn’t entirely left me, but I have started to look at the situation more objectively and have manage to choose my reaction, choosing to be more courageous and engage in conversation instead feeling afraid and angry, I made a conscious choice to not to allow others to disrupt my bliss and trigger my anxiety as they have done for over 30 years. For me, the difference has been to be in awareness of what and who triggers me and this has come through practicing meditation I have a long way to go. I think meditation has given me the capacity to slow down, reflect and plan my reaction in this situation….. much more work to do. Thank you Sam

I went on the meditation retreat to Portugal and can't even begin to describe how amazing it was. The people were really nice, food was awesome and Sam is a genuine caring teacher. On top of that, the meditation (rounding) retreat brought up to a calm state unlike anything I had experienced previously. I finally seem to get what meditation is about. Can highly recommend Sam as a teacher and / or his retreats!

There are so many ways that Sam's teachings could help you. It is the right antidote to the ills of modern living. The course is very manageable, even if you have a chronic illness. Learning one to one with Sam and then in a small group is really wholesome and special. I have struggled with other meditation instruction, but Sam's sessions flowed well, was backed by practical reason and wisdom and gave me a strong sense of optimism. Best thing I've done all year.
