Sarah is really lovely - I was very stressed when I arrived as my sat nav took me to the wrong place and that made me late. Within minutes, she helped me unwind and relax. Sarah explained how stress builds up and how hypnotherapy could help. I didn't think hypnotherapy would work on me, but I tried to relax and then she woke me up nearly 30 minutes later! Sarah has also sent me a relaxation recording to listen to at night and I will be trying that to help me get to sleep which is something I really struggle with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah - she's lovely, friendly, approachable, understanding and I felt much better when I left than I did when I arrived at her house!
