One of the companies you love to deal with - that would be my header. I had my aircon installed before Xmas mostly to act as dehumidifier and I wanted something that does not look like just a white unit on the wall. I wanted to have something that feels and is premium. Andy offered me few options and I decided to go for the top of the range one. Whole communication was brilliant from my initial request send online to the final call with Andy who wanted to make sure I'm happy with the unit and the installation. The engineers turned up spot on time with great attitude and can do approach even when I had no idea where to install external unit they came up with solution which actually was not easier for them to install but worked for me. From the initial quote I had no extra hidden charges even when I decided to put the unit on the top of the flat roof instead on the wall. The team took care of the furinture by covering all before any work was commited and they did clean after work has been completed. To be honest I cannot fault them even if I wanted to. Now I got my unit installed on the top of the accustic panels without damaging them and I got unit that does not look like regular aircon box. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Soltec is a great example of how the services should be done and they can set the standard to many out there. Contractors who came to work in the house, including sub-contracted electrician, all very good to deal with - best team we have ever had work here (no exaggeration). Courteous, considerate, professional. Sorting out a few minor left-overs after the main installation was no problem at all. Quote was competitive in what appears to be a tight market.
