What a lovely lady Amy is most helpful and professional. The First Aid at Work requalification course is what was took, 2 days at a very competitive price, certificate was emailed the same day to confirm the pass. Would happily recommend and will be using again for future course's as required.

Training was undertaken in October 2019 to this day i have not had my certificate. I specifically told the trainer we needed the certificate for submission for our Company health & safety. I was told that the certificate would be hand delivered which is was not, was told it has been posted and it has never been received and we always have all our post, then was told the lady was on holiday for 2 weeks but would be sorted as soon as shes back, chased today and have been told will be posted tomorrow. Very bad customer service. Once they have your money there is no care for the delivery of your qualification certification.

I completed the basic first aid course this morning . Our instructor Amy made the course interesting and fun. This place is great, very affordable and local. I had liased with Amy to find a day that suited us both , so unlike many of the large organisations, you don't have to wait for months or travel miles. Will definately be recommending Solitaire to anyone who needs any level of first aid training. I will certainly be back in three years when my certificate runs out!
