Both were extremely courteous, professional, timely, clean, their workmanship was super, and they worked very hard all day long without ever complaining.     We had our windows installed about 7 years ago and I have no complaints. We had a couple of minor issues early on which were sorted without problems. The fitters were pleasant and tidy. More recently we needed a sealed unit replaced due to misting inside. Once again this remedial work was completed without quibble. Great customer service overall.

    Solihull Windows did the most wonderful job double glazing the windows and front door of my unique character home. Other companies either didn’t bother to quote, get back to me or show the ability and interest to quote for this individual property. From the moment I ‘phoned Anne at Solihull Windows she was friendly, interested and most professional. The job took the two days advised and came in on quote. The fitters arrived on time, were very polite and efficient - and even tidied up after themselves! They were a pleasure to have on site. Anne kept in touch throughout to ensure I was satisfied and I certainly was. The product, workmanship and finish are superb. Well done and thank you to all at Solihull Windows.
