Really poor communication you cant call them you have to e mail them and wait 5 days for a reply and the waiting times for appointments are ridiculous you have to wait up to 2 weeks for a appointment as they only work 4 half days im sorry but we’re paying for a service which these guys are not providing this is peoples livelihoods in place which it seems like they dont care if you’ve issued more licenses give them more time. At every renewal the fees are going more expensive and the service is getting worse just dont add up.
