Charging a wheelchair user £30 for a 3mile round trip to and from GP. Appalling. Service was great. Can not fault it. Arrived on time, was helpful. Driver Abbas was great. etc. Can not justify the price. Taking advantage of the vulnerable. Had a lengthy conversation with Hussain. Some of the reasons for charging so much were ridiculous. Two or so weeks on and I’m still disgusted by this incident.
