I contacted Martin 12th April asking for a quote to fit wood-burning stove. He said he would be round by 15th April. On 29th April I chased him up for a survey. 5th May I chased to check he was still coming. He arrived after 6.30pm and seemed to know his stuff so again asked for the quote... After several attempts to get the quote and being told repeatedly that he's on it and will get back... we finally moved on. Complete and utter time waster 30th June
