Even if issues arise within 1 year of product purchase/replacement you're fobbed off for not having a maintenance contract, in a very dismissive and uncooperative manner. I even left voicemails asking for help because the main alarm wouldn't stop for days... so please, just have some humanity. Considering their box/name is on the side of your house you'd think they'd think of you as a "valued customer" and at least give you some advice (OR even try to sell a maintenance contract..). Left a message with another Security Services company who called back, provided friendly advice and even said they'd book an engineer visit for if it didn't work.

Their response to our customer complaint was, without any direct contact with the primary customer, and no prior warning, to threaten my elderly, disabled and recently widowed mother with a Court Summons. They then refused to discuss any options with which to resolve the situation, accusing us of fraudulent behaviour and even resorting to personal abuse. Irrespective of the original issue, their behaviour has been unprofessional, legally flawed and, primarily, ethically disgusting.
