Dhaminder assisted me in advising the renovation of the whole property from a derelict state to an excellent one, which I planned to let out through his agency. After reno was completed, I had to change my plan from letting it to selling it off, which meant the loss of business from Dhaminder's standpoint. Dhaminder though did not show any disappointment, although I’m sure he felt it. He rather stressed that I should follow his change of plans as they served his changed circumstances best. It’s rare to meet people these days who assist others without expecting something in return; a very professional and mature attitude. deserves all stars.
