What a terrible service. No customer services skills what so every. I went into the Post Office to ask about sending a parcel to Germany.I was told to take it to the Post Office sorting office. So today I took it to the sorting office. To be told to take it to the Post Office. So back to the Post Office. Where both ladies said they didn’t tell me to take it there. As they know what they were doing but they clearly didn’t. I said please just take my parcel and said it for me. How rude and blamed me. It was a large parcel to be carrying from one place to the other. An apology would have been nice for the wrong information.

My experiences here have been always positive. Post office is above WHS Smith. Staff is kind and helpful, so I like to come to this post office. On Christmas there was a nice lady to help you with the checkout kiosks. It can get busy sometimes.

Waited 6 days for a letter, eventually they apparently couldn’t deliver it and I selected to pick it up from here the following day, upon arrival I’m told “ yeah it’s been taken back out for delivery “ like ?? Then when the post man arrives I’m told it’s at the office ???? How does that make sense

Went to drop a parcel in, no queue and assistant in front of counters was speeding up processes by scanning parcels in without delay. Excellent attention to service, fast and efficient. Top marks all round

Understaffed, lack of information or direction from anyone. One guy just sauntering around whilst there was a huge queue. Self serve machines weren’t working properly, queued for ages to be told couldn’t do what I wanted, so all in all a completely pointless service they are offering

Poor. There were no 1st/2nd class labels in any of the self-service stations, forcing customers to queue for the manned (only one out of three) service points open. Better Post Offices always have a staff member in attendance to help at the self-service area. Not this one. Disinterested staff and a general air or unhelpfulness about the place. Must do better.
