I lost my wife in July last year through ongoing cancer over 15yrs & found it really difficult to cope with my grief not sleeping loss of appetite not wanting to be here & guilt found Rob online chatted over the phone & I knew instantly that he could help me after an initial consultation it was agreed that Hypnotherapy was the best course of action to take so I booked in a block booking of 4 1hr appointments & WOW felt totally relaxed & at ease with Rob & low & behold I can’t recommend him highly enough he got to my root cause & pulled me through & I know 100% I could if required go back if ever I had a relapse for him to pull me through again thank you Rob 👍

Had 4 sessions of hypnotherapy to help me feel calm and relaxed about a current health concern. I followed Rob's instructions for outside of the sessions and I have turned a corner for the better. Prior to seeing Rob my GP put me on anti depressants, just one session with Rob was more effective than months of these tablets! I have followed up on the hypnotherapy with reiki. I have never had Reiki before. I felt the reiki working on the side of my body where I am experiencing the issue. Would highly recommend Rob. He is profesional, knows his stuff and extremely approachable
