On realising we qere down in Solihull for our Diamond wedding celebration with family, Your receptionist arranged for 2 little bottles of prosecco complete with flutes and biscuits to be left in our room when we returned along with a very kind note of congratulations. Clean & tidy hotel - looking slightly tired in places but still a good standard. Attached Beefeater is pretty good and has some healthier food options thankfully. Staff here are a joy - very friendly and helpful making any stay a bit brighter especially lone business travellers like me. Arrived on a Sunday so was pleased to have a roast dinner. Great value.

Phoned yesterday afternoon to book a room.. receptionist told me I can do it myself online and hung up the phone on me. I don’t know who do you people think you are to speak like that with potential customers but you need some manners and work experience by the sounds of it. I’m not booking a room with you after spoken to that way and I’m not going to phone your company again.
