My elderly mother who is house bound had a ring tightly stuck on her finger. These guys were awesome. They came out and couldn’t be more kinder and helpful. They managed to remove the ring and fitted a smoke alarm at the same time. I can’t thank them enough

Good, doing great things for the local community. Charity car wash days etc. People in the area should donate as these regular fireman and reserves dedicate there lives on a daily basis to protect and serve the citizens in Solihull. Just think one day you may need there service and if you don't donate they may not be there any more because the public funding is going away.

Called the team for help with malfunctioning fire alarm. Couldn't have been more helpful and patient with a couple of geriatric to contend with. Bless you all.
