They bully you, cover up for eachother, if you complain about 1 member of staff they gang up on you. Culture of self entitlement and superiority. Threaten you with Social Services if you do not give them the excessive information they are asking you for which they are not entitled to. Sam Ghera spoke to me about dead children in Solihull within the first 2 minutes of ever talking to him and went on to name one. When I complained about him he contacted social services without my permission. Do not respond to emails as they like to cover their tracks. Staff refuse permission to record phone conversations even though they record you when you call contact centre. They work from home and you cannot see anyone face to face. They practice gentrification by not providing temporary accommodation in Solihull therefore removing children and families from the borough. I could go on and on they need investigated by the housing minister immediately.

I would give them no starts if I could .This housing is ridiculous Ive dealt with them for a number of years and they still are disappointing. I rang for help from your housing and the response I got was ridiculous I dont think most people that work there have any compassion towards people and the circumstances they are facing at gat current time, instead they want to belittle and put people down .If its a service you provid then why wasn't it provided for me and my family .I utterly belive that the staff here need some training around mental help and how it can affect people. For someone that suffers with mental health I am disgusted in the very poor service I have recieved .There was only one lady out of the 3 advisers I spoke to actually trying to help and find away around the problem .

Useless - Just make things even worse, even if you can get through. Weekends, don't even bother, waste of time.
