Driver was on time and courteous. Made a booking for the following day and received a text, however, when I tried to call the next morning to confirm the booking neither the office number or the mobile number I was texted on responded (and I tried a number of times). I was in the process of calling another taxi company when the driver arrived. He did apologise on behalf of the company but I won't book them in the future.
