Excellent product and decent range at good prices. Sinks and taps etc also available to make shopping even easier. Showroom well worth a visit to get a feel for the quality and range of units/colours/worktops etc. Helpful (and patient!) staff on hand to answer questions and guide you through the order process. I've used them several times and the one faulty door they'd discovered during manufacture was remade and still delivered on time. Delivery service always very reliable and showroom/customer service staff have all been excellent to deal with and very communicative.

Really solid cabinets, well finished and put together. Very well wrapped and protected for delivery to site. Delivered as promised. Not the widest range of drawers and add-ons but definitely good enough to satisfy 95% of requirements.

After spending over £9000 with Solid Wood Kitchen Cabinets on a new kitchen, unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Generally the product is satisfactory quality, however some items I was sent were veneered and their rude and abrasive customer service is appalling. Taking months to issue refunds and weeks to replace items is unacceptable. My advise, buy your kitchen elsewhere.

A fantastic experience from design to order. After spending an hour in the Harlow showroom going through options and ideas with Antonia, I managed to place the first version of the order. After a few design changes in the dimensions of my renovations, I had to make several changes and tweaks before final production, which the ever patent Antonia took in her stride. Although my current kitchen looks good enough to last many years, I would not hesitate to recommend SWKC for quality and service.

We were complete novices with designing and planning a kitchen, but with Antonia's help, we have a kitchen with which we are extremely proud. We ordered the Shaker cabinets and deluxe prime oak worktops in two lots, and with one small hitch, quickly and efficiently rectified, everything arrived as required, and with all assembled cabinets perfect. The whole process was helped by the ready assistance of both Antonia in Harlow and Jade in Quedgeley, so that the orders arrived when stated and as stated. We are very pleased and proud of the quality and cost of the kitchen, which was echoed by our fitters, who have said that they will be recommending Solid Wood Kitchen Cabinets to future clients. A brilliant joint venture!

We ordered a number of cabinets/drawers and the pre-assembly service (including custom painting) and everything was delivered on schedule and exactly as requested. The 2-man delivery team were on time and very careful during the delivery ensuring no damage occurred to either the cabinets or to anything else already in the house. The quality of the cabinets is very high and the assembly, including drilling of doors and custom paint were all flawless. I would definitely recommend Solid Wood Kitchen Cabinets.

The cabinets are of good quality but each of the 3 cabinets I purchased has a fault with the drilling and/or cutting of the panels making them impossible to fully assemble. I was unable to report the fault on a Saturday because there wasn't a member of the cabinet team available. On reporting the fault this morning I was told to wait up to 24 hours for a callback from a member of the cabinet team. I have since sent a detailed email explaining the faults but have not yet had a response. I am disappointed that the cabinets were not adequately checked before dispatch and annoyed that 48 hours after discovering the problem I am no closer to what should be a simple resolution.
