I would highly recommend Solid Floor, without the slightest hesitation. We've recently had a wooden floor installed by Solid Floor as part of large scale renovation works of a period property, and Solid Floor have been wonderful every step of the way - not to mention that the finished floor looks great! The initial advice we received in the showroom was both helpful and honest without any pressure to commit, and we had a lot of additional help from them as we finalised our plans. The installation was professional and skilfully done, and the after-care has also been top-notch, helping us to keep the floor looking great even as we were banging things around moving in furniture, etc. Solid Floor were also very accommodative of our own scheduling constraints as other parts of our project were delayed due to the pandemic, etc. In summary, we've had a great experience with Solid Floor and love the finished product - we wouldn't change anything. I didn’t actually end up buying my flooring from this company but still wanted to leave a good review because they were really helpful. There was no pressure from them and even when we told them that we were going to go with a different floor from another company, they were very understanding and honest about the whole situation. They pointed out that we have to be certain with the floor we pick as we will be living with it for a long time. Thanks again guys.

We had an excellent experience with Solid Floors - both in terms of service and end product. We visited the showroom off Marylebone High Street on a recommendation with only vague initial thoughts on how to floor our house. Ersan rapidly understood our requirements and style and was able to make excellent suggestions which we followed - with a high end and very attractive product at a reasonable price. The process ran smoothly with clear communication throughout. When it came to installation, the installation team recognized changes to our floor plan as a result of other building work we were doing and proactively offered suggestions to make sure we got the best possible end result avoiding even minor misalignment of the flooring - which we were very impressed by. They also proactively liaised with our builders to suggest alternate solutions with more complex / hard wearing areas like the front door entry and internal steps to ensure a great finish. We are extremely happy with the end result. Many thanks to Solid Floor, Ersan and team!

Solid Floor Marylebone have very wide choice of flooring types, styles and wood finishes and Ersan in the Marylebone branch was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when making our choice of flooring. The installation team were tidy, clean and worked extremely efficiently to finish ahead of schedule. They did a fantastic job, particularly with the undercutting of the skirting which was made more difficult given the age of the property (and the amount of filler they encountered!). The finished floor looked beautiful when laid 12 months ago and still does (notwithstanding that we have two young children!). This year we will return to Solid Floor Marylebone to provide and install flooring for a kitchen. Thank you - an excellent service and quality product.
