Even though pooling of water is mentioned in the write up, I didn't realize how much water would be collected on my flat roof. The pooling is even more obvious with the rubber layer. Even on a sunny day, it takes the whole day or more for the water to evaporate.

Had a complete flat roof replaced with large glass lantern. Existing roof was leaking and had standing water with no fall. Big job, as lantern had to be removed. Ian did a fantastic job and finishing details were excellent. No leaks and no standing water. Lantern put back on and plastering done on inside to finish off the job. Really pleased with the service and quality of work. Restores your faith in professional workmen. Thanks

Shocking company. Had a problem with a window a year ago which these guys came out to fix. We were told that the gearbox had broken and a new one was put in. We had a problem with a different window some time later, arranged a date and time for them to come and they not only didn't show up but also ignored all my calls. Shameful. We had a different company come to fix the window and it was a THIRD of the price Solfix had quoted. The same window Solfix had done before broke again and wouldn't you know it THEY NEVER FIXED THE BROKEN GEARBOX. Absolute rip-off merchants and there's no way in hell I'm going to let any of my friends even attempt to give money to them.

Really pleased with the quality of the work and service from Solfix. They replaced our battered old car port with a great new one, much stronger with no leaks of course. The guys putting the car port up were excellent, they did a really good job in addition to leaving the site clean and tidy.

Disappointed with windows, asked for grey on grey to match what we already had, weren't told they would be partly white. Look ridiculous when open compared to our others. Fitters didn't clear up outside when they had finished, sent a photo of the mess they had left to Solfix, got no response and no-one ever came back to clean up. Would not use again and would def not recommend.
