I was recommended to have a session with a reflexologist as have been suffering with swollen ankles for a fair few weeks and tried to self remidy with water retention tablets etc.... After looking for practitioners in the area I came across Solesteps and thought it realy suited my requirements and i was not wrong. Greeted by Isobell (all Covid safe) in a beautiful country house surrounded by the sounds of the wonderful wildlife to be taken into the spacious and relaxing treatment room for a full explanation of the session ahead. I loved every minute of it and in fact fell asleep for a few minutes!! It has realy helped with my swollen ankles and I felt very refreshed after. Highly recommend and thank you.

My husband and I have been going for regular reflexology treatments for the past few years and we absolutely love it. The treatments are always great and isabella makes you feel very at home and relaxed. I always feel very relaxed afterwards. Yesterday I was able to get the most amazing treatment outside, which was just magical. Highly recommend Solesteps!

Fantastic foot treatment. nearly fell asleep. all the pain I had in my leggs when I walked in, had gone an hour later when i walked out ,rebooked appointment to include head massage and reflexology. Feels like a cure thanks Isabella. regards Roger. Ps don't forget to turn your phone off like I did
