Needed antibiotics for an infection as I had quite severe symptoms waited to the time the doctor said 7pm went to Asda to collect my prescription. The doctor hadn’t even sent the prescription no trace of it anywhere by this time the clinic is shut. Spent the evening on the phone to 111 trying to get it sorted but ultimately had to spend another evening with no antibiotics. These kind of mistakes can have serious consequences to people’s health and should not be happening

Vetted on the phone by a non qualified call handler. Then denied a doctor appointment. Then ended up in qa hospital due to this incompetence. Not good service at all

In comparison to other surgeries around in which you can’t get an appointment for weeks maybe months on end this medical practice in my opinion is very good and it could be a lot worse. Grateful to receive a response within a few days by E-consult considering how busy they are and if it’s more urgent I feel that the waiting times on the phone are understandable yet they always get a response to you within a timely manner. Nearly always friendly and helpful staff behind the desk. I don’t feel that this practice gets enough recognition or appreciation in these times.

Cannot praise this surgery enough, I completed an econsult after the Christmas and New Year holidays not expecting a quick response. A prescription was sent the same day to the pharmacy for me to collect. Fantastic service well done to all those who give us a great service

My wife needed an urgent appointment after a hospital visit for a pre operation check. The ne xt morning she was given an appointment within 2 hours .She saw the nurse who was charming Given the medication she needed and another appointment booked for a week later . Always received really good service .
