I gave an old set of 5 knives to Mike to sharpen them and was seriously impressed by the workmanship as they were in a terrible state when I handed them over. I was so impressed, that I tried to see if he could live up to their website claim that they could make set of knives sharper than when they were bought new. So I did exactly that and gave him another set that was brand new and unused, and now they are incredibly sharp. And on top of that everything was reasonably priced, and he’s a nice guy too - thorough, detailed and professional. Can’t thank you enough!

I was so impressed by the service from Mike and Steve today. From the moment they turned up cheerfully on my doorstep for my appointment to the moment they left, they were professional and polite. They got 10 domestic knives and two pairs of scissors sharpened to a fantastic standard and gave me some helpful tips for looking after them in future. They left me with a neat invoice for the work and it was handy to be able to pay by bank transfer as I didn't have enough cash on me. I really appreciated the fact that they're a mobile business as it meant I didn't have to post the knives somewhere or drop them off at a business, and I was only without the knives for literally about half an hour. I should also add that the email communication following my enquiry on their website was all very prompt and helpful as well. In my experience it's rare to find tradespeople who put you at ease, are great at what they do, AND competitively priced. These guys manage it all and I look forward to using their services again in future. Thank you!
