I had a water generator that had failed. The original British manufacturer is no longer in business. This was a small job for Solent Rewinds but an important one for me. Solent Rewinds could not have been more helpful and fitted my job into a busy production schedule so I had to wait a little while as they first dismantled the unit and diagnosed the problems which were both electrical and mechanical. The unit was returned as-new with repaired electrics, new bearings and seals, a helicoiled fastening that I had broken when trying myself to dismantle. The price was reasonable, the service was first class, the attitude throughout was polite and positive. Definitely 5 star service and no hesitation in recommending them.
