I have been to alot of garages and I can honestly say this garage is awesome they are reasonably priced and don't mess you about and if a situation arises Ellie will be on the phone straight away explaining and apologising, my car always leaves the garage running like a dream. The staff are friendly and have always gone above and beyond for me and you can have a giggle with them which for me helps as I have mental health issues and always feel very welcome whenever I pop in 😁

While the MOT checks are very thorough and the staff seemed nice enough, I ended up paying more than £30 for cleaning blocked windscreen washer nozzles which were just frozen and continued to work poorly until the icey period was over - so that problem wasn't properly fixed. Furthermore, a driveshaft replacement of greater than £500 has resulted the car oscillating at certain speeds. Finally, I'm not sure whether there is an agreement with the nearby pub, but the car was left there for me to collect without being a customer, in a car park where there are threats to non-customers being fined. Thankfully I wasnt fined. This of course is not something the garage can do much about, due to the overall parking restrictions throughout Southampton that limit the places where the car can be stored. The headlights were cleaned to a good standard however, and while thorough is safe, I would have saved a lot of money going to my old garage.

I've taken my car there for years (MOT) The last time I went, the car needed some work they had to remove the fuse box, now I can't open the hatchback, I phoned them, they denied the fuse box was tamped with but left 3 of the 6 star bolts off the glove box. Now I have a boot that will not work
