Our DFS recliner sofa developed a fault, as it was still under warranty we contacted DFS who advised us a replacement switch would take 20 weeks to source. After 26 weeks and no contact from DFS I made an irate visit to the store where the Service Manager eventually contracted the job out to Solent Furniture Repairs. I was contacted by Kerry-Ann who very efficiently organised an Engineer (Shaun) to visit two days later and install a new switch that they had in stock. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Why it took DFS 26 weeks to source a switch that took Solent Furniture two days to sort, God only knows. Well done Solent Furniture Repairs and thank you.

From start to finish this was an easy and straightforward process. All communications were professional, pleasant and timely. Shaun, the technician was very friendly, very honest about what he could do and very knowledgable about his craft. He did a fantastic job of recolouring our well loved leather sofas and gave them a great recondition too. They look brand new. Extremely pleased with the result and was so nice to have good customer service from every aspect of the process. Something that is lacking in a lot of places these days, sadly. Every stage of arranging our sofa repair was great, from initial contact to arranging a quote and getting the work done. It was quick, efficient and a super friendly service from both Kerryann in customer service to Shaun who completed the repairs. The appointment was made really quickly, shaun was really knowledgeable and the work was completed to a really high standard. I also think the quote was very reasonable.
