Sturt came 13 months ago to replace a battery. He saw that someone had put my charger into a plastic bag. He comment that it is warm. I asked if that was important. No he said. Six weeks later he had to come back to replace the battery. Ah, he said. This is the problem. Your charger needs air circulation. I reminded him that I had asked him the first time whether that was important and hr had said no. Stuart plays the victim very well and was uncommonly rude. He then sold me a secondhand charger which has depleted the second battery. I have bought a new charger for less than he charged for the secondhand one., which is very odd, and ordered a new battery. A friend will fit it. SOLE Motion is a charlatan. He won't reply to me so I will report him to Trading Standards. I will never recommend him or even think of using him again.

I Am on holiday here in Poole. My mobility scooter broke down and I was really stuck as I cant walk very far. I rang a number that I found on the internet which turned out to be Stuarts. I told him where I was staying and to my surprise he said he was in the area and would be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. He turned up and had my scooter up and running in about half an hour and his charges was so reasonable. This man is so genuine and deserves trade.

Stuart has looked after my father in-laws scooters for a number of years now with consistently good service, honesty, attention to elderly customer (very important) and price. I used many other repairers before Stuart but always had the feeling i was being ripped off (and i probably was!). 2 new batteries fitted today along with a new tyre all completed at a very sensible cost. Would recommend Stuart 100%.
