They were a joy to have in our home and always thoughtful about having to work around a young family . We could not have done the work we did whilst living in a building site with many builders but they made it so easy . Couldn't recommend them enough .

Highly professional approach with excellent communication. Handle all aspects of building with great experience. Work is finished to a very high standard and to cost. Can't recommend Solem Construction enough. They leant over backward to give a sterling job on our extension, managing a very difficult job with true professionalism, craft and hard work. We appreciated their work so much so that we got them back in to convert our basement into a guest annexe. We live in the Pateley Bridge area and would be more than happy to give a reference. We have since recommended them to 3 other people (one of which was my sister, in Leeds) who also had a brilliant and positive experience.
