The staff are beyond useless. They are all huddled at the counter ignoring the customers, having a laugh. When they do come over the attitude and no cares given is very concerning. Went into the store today around 2:30-3:00 and asked the sales girl on the floor what on cloud shoes are good, worth it, etc.. her response was “they’re all shoes” Although, a bit shocked I tried to reframe the question several times, I.e. “what’s the difference between these shoes? What makes these more expensive than the others? Which are the best for daily use?” All of which were answered with”they’re all the same, at the end of the day they are all shoes” I don’t see how that’s very helpful. Came to buy shoes and left without anything a wasted trip and a useless experience. Do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Faulty and defective branded goods - unhelpful staff who rely on returns policy timeframe to deny returns/exchanges. Can't see this store staying open for that much longer and would not reccommend making a purchase from here if you want to make sure you're getting a good quality product.
