Felicity is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in I felt safe, held and supported. Her energy is gentle, playful and holds space for you to let go and completely relax. I came to Felicity quite frazzled, and dealing with some past childhood trauma and Felicity managed to put me at ease, even encouraging me to speak about what was troubling me during the sessions if i wanted to. I love that she will always ask what i'm comfortable with, nothing is forced, some sessions are chatty and we laugh and some sessions I feel like a zombie, drained and exhausted, not saying much and leave feeling light, uplifted and refreshed. She is also extremely intuitive and caring, offering recourses to help me deal with my past trauma. I admire her ability to give you her full focus and energy, even when iv'e booked in to see her at 8pm and she may have had 6-7 other clients before me, but is still completely present and fully engaged. As a yoga teacher that teaches multiple classes I day I know how hard this can be! I appreciate her so much and would highly recommend Felicity to everybody!

I'll start off by saying I was hesitant about reflexology at first but at my dad's recommendation I gave it a go unsure it was gonna have any effect. As it turns out this was probably the best decision I've made all year as -(and this may sound dramatic) it has changed my life! Finding Sole Transformations and meeting Felicity has given me a completely new perspective in life! She's one of the kindest, most welcoming and most knowledgeable people I've met and the weekly sessions with her have been the light at the end of my stress&work filled tunnel! I have found them to be so relaxing, fun and most importantly they have helped me cope with my severe depression and anxiety in ways I didn't think were possible anymore after trying quite a few other coping strategies. I can't recommend her enough, she is truly a gifted therapist and I am so glad I found her!!

I visited Felicity a few months ago before the Covid pandemic and feel she is truly the best reflexologist in North London. Now unable to visit Felicity, I tried her online hand reflexology workshop to boost my immune system which was excellent! Highly recommended. A+++

This is not an overstatement-Felicity is gifted. She is calm, focused, and knowledgeable, immediately creating a safe space for her clients to relax into the experience and be open to what it can do. Not to mention, she listens with intention and then focuses and works on how best to address her client's concerns. My sister lives in the UK and every time I prepare for my visit, the first thing I ask is- "can you schedule me a session with Felicity?" In fact, we try to schedule a session for my parents as well who are often skeptical of any type of therapy/body work but they insist on meeting with her. In our very first session, Felicity did wonders on my feet which often are tight and hard to walk on and my calves where I hold a lot of my stress. No one has ever been able to- in one session- ease, relax and release the tension in my lower body like that. After I left, my body felt much more relaxed, my calves were not balled up and it did not hurt to walk on my feet. It seemed miraculous to me particularly because I have spent a lot of time in physical therapy addressing just that. In our second session (years later), I had a different experience. We focused on my anxiety, my stomach pain, more emotional concerns. First off, she made me feel comfortable to open up and share a more personal side of myself. I felt safe to be vulnerable and more open to the possibilities of how her work might shift things around inside of me. After the session, I felt relaxed, even more optimistic. And, I must note that due to our conversations and her work, I have since made significant changes in my life and I contribute a part of that forward movement to our work together. I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to work with Felicity. You will grateful, as I am.
