No customer loyalty….and one of the worst customer service I’ve been a customer for years…and always go there for all my beauty treatment. In February I was sold an offer: buy 3 x shellac manicure and get 1 free. I was charged a total of £120 between Feb and May and was told that I couldn’t use the offer on the day of purchase. So I paid overall £120 for a total of 5 manicures including the full offer: 3 + 1 free shellac manicure at £30 so I had 4 x manicures left. When I booked my first manicure and wanted to use the package I was told they had no record of it and the nail technician who sold it to me had left….so they didn’t seem to believe me and asked me to provide proof and bank statements which I did. From then on every time I booked a manicure, there were always questions and challenges and the service didn’t feel very welcoming. Finally now they have told me that a manicure is actually £40 and I have used all my package….as they claim the manicure is £40 whilst the express manicure or standard shellac manicure they offer is listed on their website & Treatwell at £30. The nail technician basically looked at me, and asked me me if I wanted to pay another £30 today because there was no other option. so basically I didn’t really get any “free”manicure & I have been treated as if I made the whole offer up….despite having paid £120 in advance and being a regular customer for all my beauty treatment. So I have decided to change Beauty salon….as I didn’t feel valued as a regular customer….talking about driving disloyalty 🤣 Services: Body waxing, Eyebrow shaping, Manicure

I did only booking for proper pedicure with shellac on morning for afternoon. As as I arrived roughly a jour earlier I asked if there is any chance that I can be taken earlier. They made a quick call to other costumer who was already 10 min late and I was in shock as that person did hang up on them when they asked them if they’re are coming or not. Is it seriously too hard to cancel the appointment? Anyway I was taken immediately. I am very happy with the pedicure so far as they asked me about shape etc and also follow my instructions. Too many choices for nail polish and when I finally found the one which I like they couldn’t find it and instead of dark colour I end up with beautiful pink and gold one. Only downside which I would point it out is the fact that although my pedicure cost £50 they are also charging £5 for shellac removal which I wasn’t happy about for the future as other salons won’t charge you when you will do shellac with them again. But I a still happy to give 5*
