    I started yoga with sole2soul yoga just before Christmas online through zoom as I can't drive and I'm limited to the classes it's absolutely amazing Lisa has a great knowledge of yoga and so does her team, I feel like a new person more flexible more mindful ,yoga helps your whole body and mind, Lisa is the lady to help you change and feel better in your self and mind , I tried Thai yoga massage with Lisa today it was absolutely amazing I pay for physio treatment every week, but found this was better for my body,I feel much more relaxed and my body responded to the massage so much better than physio everyone needs to give it a go, Thank you so much Lisa so glad I found sole 2 soul yoga

    After the first 2 months of practicing yoga with Lisa and her team, I can honestly say my body is so much more relaxed and restored. I go to bed feeling rejuvenated and my sciatica has been relieved massively. The studio is clean and cosy, with atmospheric salt lamps and mantras surround the walls. This is the place to go that fits around all shift work, with late and morning sessions.

    I have known Lisa for good few years and attended some of her classes and thai massage, Lisa is very welcoming and supportive in your own journey, she helps and guides you all the way. I Attended the breath work and ice bath what an experience definitely worth it. Dan is amazing teacher and supportive throughout the whole experience. Definitely will be attending another one.     I joined the breath workshop and ice bath workshop with Dan and Lisa at Sole2Soul yoga. I cannot recommend it highly enough. A great balance of practical and theory and was wonderful to meet like minded people. I learnt so much about the breath and also about myself. Did it take me out of my comfort zone? Yes! Did it feel good? Yes! So empowering to use the breath to control the mind and body. Couldn’t have done it without all of the support from Dan, Lisa and the people who were there on the day.     I absolutely love my a monthly subscription with Sole2Soul Yoga. There are so many classes to choose from each week which are also available online if like me, it’s too far to travel to on a regular basis. There is also an extensive online library that you can tap into anytime - great resource including classes, meditations, philosophy talks. Lisa’s approach is genuine, warm and most importantly real. She links the philosophy of yoga to everyday life making it accessible and relatable. I love her sense of humour. The other teachers are equally as brilliant and I enjoy a wide variety of yoga styles that are on offer. Thank you for your inspiration and sharing such a wealth of knowledge xxx

    What a great discovery this place is! I'm in my 60's and was initially a bit reluctant to start yoga but these classes are excellent. Even after two sessions I could really feel the benefit. I am a horse rider and I immediately felt more supple and balanced in the saddle. It has also improved my mood and weirdly it has improved my singing voice which had become rather tight and wavering. I am so pleased with the results so far that I've signed up for the monthly membership so I can do classes several times a week. The studio is lovely and everyone was very kind and friendly.
