Can’t comment on their actual product, but very unhappy with their service. Moving into a new build property so arranged an appointment with Mark to meet me with the sales team to have access to the property, so he could measure up and hopefully fit blinds on us moving in. Mark wasn’t present at the agreed time so I called him and he Informed me he hadn’t even left his prior commitment yet. Very upset and disappointed by this service, wouldn’t of had an issue if he’d have called when he knew he was going to be late so we could re-arrange. Instead now I’m going to have to arrange another company to measure once we move in. Which means we’ll be waiting even longer for them to be fitted.

Didn't realise when we arrived (on a Sunday morning!) that the address of Solaris Blinds is the home of the owner rather than a commercial unit, but it didn't matter at all as Mark and his partner could not have been more helpful. He seems v knowledgeable as he knew exactly what we were looking for, and went out of his way to assist us in finding it, and then rang back to check we had received it. I would highly recommend his services
