Had concerns initially as the company were very hard to contact by telephone but in the end everything went according to plan. Promised timescales were honoured and all the contractors who installed the kit were efficient and friendly. Follow-up was good and today I received the DNO approval to connect to the grid. Classic bait and switch advertising. When pushed further on their second offer got ghosted, chased a few times. Long excuses on why they can't update their webiste prices, just very poor. Unsure if just overloaded in the current climate or bad business practises, but they can certainly update the auction listings on other websites. Either way went else where, reccomend others do the same

Tried to order a small kit for £2300 which has been this price for quite some time as I was hoping to see a price drop since the removal of the 5% VAT that the government has issued, which this company has not applied. Nevertheless, I placed my order and the very next day received an email stating that not only were the panels advertised not available, but they also decided to jack up the price by a further £600 Obviously the usual nonsense excuse about Brexit & Covid supply issues, but no apology whatsoever on the complete and utter false advertisement. Company doesn't seem to take any pride in their website or any responsibility about this. "we aren't the biggest company in the world and can't be changing our website every week" Continuing on to say "most customers enquire before ordering" THE ABSOLUTE CHEEK TO TRY AND PASS THE BLAME ON TO ME?!
