Beyond useless. I ordered and dispatch stated 1-3 days. After a week and having not heard anything I called up to check what the hold up was. I called 5 times over 4 days each time to be told Karl who I needed to speak to was unavailable and would call me back or that they would check into the order and call back. I received Zero phone calls back and finally nearly 2 weeks after placing the order Karl emailed to say he had tried to call (no missed calls, or voicemails) but the rails I wanted were discontinued but I could have a different size. I said that was fine to which he replied the next day that unfortunately there would now be a £70 delivery charge as it's a longer item. They sell the same item on ebay but they offer to cut it into two shorter sections to save on delivery so I said asked them to do this but was told it was not possible and refunded instead. In the end I made an order from Altenergy who dispatched the same day as I ordered and I received the products the next day. Unless you like having your time wasted I would steer well clear of solar and heat store
