Reflecting on a bike fit I had in summer of 2021, Tim's session was invaluable and has vastly improved my position on the bike. I'd suffered from knee pain and I haven't had issues over the last couple of years since the fit. I also received a range of advice to help with a bike purchase search. I'd highly recommend the professional and personally tailored service regardless of your goals on the bike. Soigneur is fantastic.

A really informative and transformative experience! I wasn’t happy with the the way one of my bikes was set up and now I’m delighted! Not only was Tim able to remedy some things on the spot I also left with further changes I could make or find someone else to help me with. It isn’t a cheap process but I seriously believe it is great value if it changes your riding experience. Highly recommended!!

Purchased the internal cable routing kit, once paid I heard nothing back. Several emails...no reply, several calls........eventually answered and promised to chase it up......days pass still no reply........stopped answering my calls or texts. Ended up having to raise a claim through Paypal. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

My first proper bike fit in preparation for the Essex Ride London. My main issues being lower left side back and knee pain after approximately 50kms on the bike. After searching for bike fitters near me, I found Soigneur Bike Fitting a bike ride away so I booked a full bike fit. Reading some reviews, generally positive but there were a few comments about a lack of follow up with emails but decided to try for myself based on the business being in a new location, previous issues hopefully sorted! The bike fit session was interesting and Tim a personable and likeable person. He asked me lots of relevant questions and made adjustments to the bike and cleats to hopefully eliminate my original problems. There were many aspects of the bike fit that gave me a greater understanding of the interaction between the rider and bike, in particular cleat positions. The adjustments made to the bike were emailed to me by the end of the session. After a good chat about his intentions for his business, all very aspirational and inspiring. We decided any follow-up issues could be communicated via email and then proceed from there. On my ride home and a longer ride a few days later, I noticed some left knee pain but with the information about cleat positions, I made adjustments and emailed these to Tim. I was fine making these adjustments, just wanted some acknowledgement from him in case I was going in the wrong direction. So, now I'm thinking I should have paid heed to the reviews highlighting the lack of follow up communications. It seems if the initial bike fit sorts out your problem, then it's a great experience, one which I really wanted to have. To conclude, I am extremely disappointed with Tim and the service he provided for me. In my opinion a bike fit isn't an exact science, so the follow up process is one of great importance. I'm not sure why there is a problem with your email communications but there seems to be an issue for some of your clients. If you do read this review Tim, I sincerely hope you address this aspect of your business because no matter how likeable or personable you are, you still need to provide a professional service, one that has been paid for. A conclusion to my conclusion...maybe I'll just carry on watching YouTube videos about bike fitting and pretend I know what I'm doing, until I find another bike fitter!

Excellent bike fit with Tim - he spent time discussing my issues and looking at my ride position and then changed almost EVERYTHING! Saddle height, lateral position, bar height and angle, fitted cleat shims etc. He explained everything he was doing so it made sense. Did my first 100m ride with the new setup yesterday and feel much more comfortable and powerful. Thanks

Had a brilliant bike fit! Worries my bike might be too small for me but Tim made some adjustments to crank length and the stem among lots of other little changes. 3hrs and 2 visits and it like riding a custom made bike, no more pain and I have a comfy position I can stay in all day. I had a comprehensive fit with Tim a little over a month ago for a road bike which i use for commuting & also for long distance/endurance rides. Tim was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in. I was very surprised at just how "comprehensive" the fit was, no stone literally felt unturned. He also fitted me to a gravel bike which I intend to purchase at some point in the future at no extra cost. More importantly, the fit itself is brilliant! So comfortable now & with that, performance is sky rocketing! I will be going back for future fits for sure, completely satisfied with the service. Thank you Tim. PS: I noticed in previous reviews complaints about getting the fit data via email. For me, it was sent whilst I was there & no issues receiving it.
