Thank God, I ask for medical help roughly every two years only or once annually. When I need them, Dr. Bark and the administrator James handle my inquiries and referrals quickly and expertly. I'm pleased with the services at this doctor's office.

the best surgery in London. DR bark, James and the lady from Guyana very professional and pleasant at all times. I read the negative reviews about the phones not being answered and I can that is not the case at all. the only times phones are not answered is when no one is in the building. what a privilege to have such a high standards GP. thanks SoHo surgery. keep up the great work!!!!

During the last two and a half Covid Years I have found them particularly helpful. I've been a patient at the surgery for over 12 years and I'm very shocked by some of the comments. My experience over the last 12 years has been nothing but excellent care from Dr basilius and doctor bark and all the team. And it's very well organised and they go out their way to keep their patients updated and I have to say during the pandemic they were absolutely fantastic and very well organised and kept in regular contact with me giving me help and support and the receptionist every one of them go out their way to help you and they are so friendly and give you a warm smile when you arrive I can only say say positive things about this surgery they have done so much for me anybody thinking about visiting the surgery the doctors are exceptional they have saved me from so many hospital admissions with their quick diagnosis everyone in the surgery I've gone out there way to help me and to accommodate me I have only great thing to say about this surgery and I just want to say use thank you to everyone who works there thank you all for your kindness and support throughout all these years John welsh

The absolute worst GP in all of the UK. Avoid at all costs. They are never available by phone, they do not respond to emails, and if you happen to waste your time trying to get through to them, the doctors will see you, make the referral, and then never send in the paperwork. You’re left in limbo with massive barriers to contacting them as they regularly turn off their phone lines during work hours. They are dangerously negligent.

What I really appreciate about this surgery is how efficient they are. I've never had a problem getting an appointment when needed or accessing care. Are they the warm and fuzziest place on the planet? No. Are they quick, reliable and punctual? Yes. When people complain about the front desk staff... I'm not sure what they are complaining about. While perhaps not super chatty or warm, they are doing their jobs and keeping the trains running on time. Which I'm sure when running a surgery is hard work! I appreciate that the staff, nurses and doctors are all very matter of fact and straight to the point. Thank you Soho Square Surgery. I really appreciate all your hard work!

I found the woman working reception completely unhelpful and very frustrating to work with. I would rather go to a different practice that has staff that cares about their patients more - this is the kind of place people complain about when they complain about NHS GPs
