They told me I could get the depo injection at their establishment, I was told I could just walk in and get one. I tried on four different occasions within the same week to receive it and they continually told me they “were busy”. Why state you offer a service you’re clearly unable to provide when the patient request it? Was willing to wait until the pharmacist was free but they told me to “come back tomorrow”. Tomorrow never came, service is terrible, ended up going to Marks Chemist that’s close by and they were a delight and were able to give me the jab when I requested it. If you’re looking for contraceptive services, don’t bother going unless it’s for the morning after pill. They’ll waste your time.

I had very interesting experience with Soho Pharmacy I am a sick patience, Need regular medications, But from last four months When I go to collect my medications they seems to forget and don't honour the prescriptions and a sick person can not afford to wait days. This month was repeated same incident so there for I change the pharmacy if anyone els had similar experience please share with me and others. I do not recommend to anyone to go with these sick peoples.

Fantastic pharmacy! Been with them for years! Always very helpful, kind and friendly and staff go out their way to help you. Pharmacist always greets me by name, no matter how busy he is, always on hand to give advice when needed. They offer a very personalised service. Never had any problems with my medication.
