Wonderful service. I placed my order several days before my arrival at The Ruben's at The Palace without knowing what room I was in. Both the driver and guest services at the hotel (driver is not allowed up to guests rooms) were able to compensate both on pick up and delivery. Customer service was also able to help with soap selection adjustment after they picked up at 8:30pm. The only suggestion I have is to have an option to select the type of soap when picking options. If you have sensitive skin, ask for non-biodegradable soap in the special instructions.

Avoid this store - damaged (bleached) and lost clothing. We requested one bag of darks/colours to be washed and dried. No ironing or folding required. Two black items ended up ruined with noticeable bleach patches, other items had small bleach marks. The store admitted to damaging two items badly but did not tell us about the small marks on other items. Items were not dry when we arrived to collect at the agreed time and we had to go back to the store twice and took some items home damp to dry ourselves. Finally after we collected the items and the store closed one item was missing. Had to go back again the next day to collect it. The store was meant to open at 9:30 AM but did not open until 10:30 AM. The staff member was rude and unhelpful. He told us to wait for his senior colleague and did not try to help to locate the missing item. The colleague was able to find the item when he arrived and return it to us. In total we had to return to the store four times before all items were dry and returned. Charged £18, the store gave us a refund of £9 for the damaged items. No apology was given for the missing item we had to collect a day later. Would not recommend this store noting, there are many other dry cleaners around soho. This was a very poor experience.
