Just getting someone to pick up the phone was a task.Spoke to a female with limited English who said the warehouse was open to the public just had to bring a form of ID,only to call again to confirm what ID is acceptable to be shouted at down the phone by a bloke that said its NOT open to the public ..you have to have a shop...communication lacking,seems like the left hand dont know what the right hand is doing they both work in the warehouse but state different things, think i will stick with Costco....🙄

Few years back these guys contacted us to arrange a meeting regarding security guarding for their business. On the way we had an accident and the guy we met was very keen to sign a contract. It turned out later they just needed the signed contract to show it to their insurance company . Later we never heard from them and when we called them they turned trashy and rude.
