Iām always genuinely one for leaving a positive review for any organization that does a great job in any way, however my personal experience with Tony & his company was far from the actual reality of his reviews. I booked a soft top repair several weeks in advance explaining my issue, he took all the details down & assured me it could & more importantly would be done. After traveling down a fair distance & spending nearly an hour with him - including lengthy conversations & terrible sub standard excuses, unfortunately all I got was an extremely poor service & lack of professionalism in every aspect. His ā reviews ā looked fairly convincing & pretty amazing but my personal experience with him was nothing short of the opposite. A whole morning wasted, no sincere apology, lacking in empathy & a bad taste in my mouth was what I was left with. I managed to get my car professionally done by another specialist who did the same job on the same day remarkably in less than 45 minutes with complete transparency & efficiency ! So there you go - Iām afraid a less than desirable experience & my humble opinion based on this company. I certainly would never use them again & a one star was all I could give !
