Absolutely appalling service. After forgetting to order one of our chairs and then damaging the sofa on delivery, it’s been a year since we had it delivered and this is still not sorted. Sofology have ordered the wrong parts 3 times and each time we have had to take time off of (self employed) work to be at home, only for the repair not to take place. We’ve lost a huge amount of money! I would strongly recommend you think twice about buying from this company.

please be very aware that communications with this company are very poor. if you are an older person and dont have internet or web its virtually impossible. My mother has had huge problems. They will send no reply emails to you... no telephone number for the shop you purchased from.... and when you use the generic telephone number you will get message like you are number 24 in the queue. After getting a text to arrange delivery.... hold on the phone number.... 24 in line.... and wait and wait and at the end of it.... its not in and to call back a few days later after its its been scanned. Wow ! .... how useless can sofology be. Why dont you get more phones... more staff and get your calls answered !!! its not rocket science. if we are no 24 waiting on the telephone doesnt show that you need to stop trying to force everyone onto the web.
