Absolutely fab customer service, I had had sofa delivered on Christmas eve, as I am disabled, this sofa was not suitable for me, I asked for a refund or could he please find a full back & higher seated sofa in my budget.. He sent me pictures of available sofas which ibdidnt like, he then asked me what was it I wanted, I told him & he had one manufactured for me for £135.00 extra, free delivery & straight swop with no covering costs.. I was delighted with what I recieved.. Great bunch of lads on 2nd delivery & pick up, not keen on first 2 men as they could see I was disabled & just plonked it one half in kitchen & the other in Living room, I had to get my 14 year old son to put it together & do all the lifting. Second drivers who swapped were fab 👍 A big thankyou for all your help in getting me the sofa I wanted.. Many thanks 😊

Would not buy from them again! Bought a corner unit from these £800, collapsed after 5 months. Have emailed and phoned nothing back except a couple of emails asking for photos - provided but no resolve despite having one year warranty.

Absolutely poor customer service. Ameer from their company responsed to our query as ' your problem not mine'. He should really not work in customer facing role. Go clean in the back. To conclude, horrible service, avoid where possible.

Totally unprofessional! Messed up delivery 3 times then order incomplete and refusing to provide footstool now although have emails stating would be in my delivery.. think they can fob you off!.. steer clear!
