What a difference it is to be looking for a sofa here in Hedge End. A totally unpressured environment and so different from the other shops in the same estate. A well-presented shop and staff. Sahill was so very knowledgeable and helpful without pushing us into deciding. The automated ordering system was a little frustrating informing us of delivery dates when we were quite firm of when we were able to take the sofa and chair. We were offered all the add on’s that Sofology do, and we didn’t want any of them. I get the feeling having spoken to a couple of managers in the store the sales staff are tasked with selling these. Each time we asked a question of a staff member higher up the food chain they replied ‘ We see you haven’t taken any of the add on’s, Did your sales person offer them to you’ YES HE DID! And we did not want them – don’t be so harsh on the staff. The sofa arrived on the arranged day and we love it. THe delivery chaps were equally as helpfull and and as professional as Sahill. Lets hope the attentive staff continue if, (and I hope we don’t) if there becomes a problem. Thank you for our lovely new Sofa.
