A Delightful Shopping Experience Sofology in Coventry are amazing. We had no idea what kind of sofa we wanted. We were kindly greeted by the lovely Mariola who explained the selection process and really helped us along the way. There was absolutely no pressure, just an enjoyable relaxing process. We were also really helped by James who was; delightful, patient and attentive, a real credit to the company, infact everyone is at this location. I believe we bought from Sofology because of him and Mariola, and the product looks amazing and is so comfortable too. We bought the Cavalli corner set, I think it's going to change our life..... well certainly in the sofa department 😁

Cordelia leather is of the poorest quality stained, wrinkled and seats have sunk in less than 12 months. Sofology sent out an engineer who said " This is to be expected if you sit on the sofas" Absolute rubbish don't waste your money.

Great experience. Went here after going to another Sofology store, just to get a second view of a sofa we were interested in. After finding it we sat and discussed, before Dav came over and had a chat with us about it. We were torn between a single and foot stall or a double, to which Dav provided useful information to help us decide. He was very helpful and gave us time to talk and to make a decision. Would definitely recommend and thank you to Dav for the help.

After visiting other sofa stores we decided to visit sofology Coventry. We was greeted straight away by a lovely lady called Wendy (I think. Sorry if that’s wrong). No pressure or sales jargon. Advised us where to look for sizes, prices and other versions of the sofa in question. Me and my wife had a walk round the store and the Canterbury sofa was our favourite. We decided to pop next door to dfs but that was a mistake. Nobody greeted us or spoke to us and the sofas were not as good as sofology. Went back into sofology and Wendy who again greeted us like we was family walked us through the process of buying the sofa we liked. She understood we needed something for our new home and she was wonderful. I have to give credit to every member of staff as all staff made the effort to speak to us. Working in sales myself this goes a long way. Thank you for your help and we cannot wait for our sofa to be delivered in a few weeks time.
