Do you trust these guys. Very unprofessional, owes us money, they keep tenants deposit illegally and do not pay their contractors on time :( Very bad and very rude - the owner has no respect for people, staff and poor business ethics. Thanks for google reviews for bringing this company down :)

I’m so glad I finally have a forum where I can write about these guys. I stayed for two weeks back in 2009 at this property and they insisted I pay them in cash all the advance plus one week security deposit. At the time of checkout they refused to pay my security deposit and simply blamed it on the person who dealt with me at the time of checkin named Manuel who apparently left the job right after taking my deposit and flew back to his country Spain. I have all the documents to prove this fraud but unfortunately I live in Pakistan so cannot pursue the lawsuit on these guys remotely. This place is a definite No-Go-Zone. I’m shocked the authorities haven’t closed this place down after reading such similar scam stories.

Horrible place!!!! They now called themselves Think Out Box Group and they rent their flats through Airbnb. The company is a scam, they don't pay taxes and don't follow health and safety regulations...also they don't pay their staff any salary. The owner Sam Yeaganeh is imoral and unprofessional who doesn't care about his staff and tenants. This is the worst company I ever came across.

Please Please Please..!!!! Stay away from these cow boys. They have renamed their business to Think Out Box Group and are on AirBnb. The owner Mr Sam Yeaganeh is extremely rude and violent. He hasn’t paid his contractors and have a track record of not returning the tenants deposit. He currently has 23 court orders under small claims. We are currently in the process of suing the company at the moment and the more we find out about the company, the more SHOCKED we are at how unprofessional these guys are. Wish we read the reviews before we dealt with this company :( Stay away and don’t make the same MISTAKES as us.
