Everything about the experience of buying my new sofa was excellent, from Emma in the showroom, to the choice on offer and the fact that I could have exactly the material I wanted for both sofa and footstool. Delivery was also sooner than expected. My sofa and footstool are stunning and the sofa is also very comfortable.

The showroom at Battersea is airy and has all models available. for perusal! The staff are welcoming, extremely helpful, (without being pushy) endlessly patient and activily encourage you to sit - or lie!! - on a variety of sofas until you find your one! Emma Sheenlan helped us and nothing was too much trouble - she has a lovely manner as well as being very knowledgable and experienced. Our sofas were delivered today by a couple of lovely chaps, Hayden and Courtney, who were enthusiastic, polite and very efficient at unpacking and assembling the two sofas. Altogether a very good service.

Fantastic - will never go anywhere else. I wanted a sofa from a quality British brand and I came across Sofas & Stuff in an online article. I visited the Battersea branch and was seriously impressed. There was an extensive range of beautiful sofas (I chose the Alwinton) and endless colours, patterns and fabrics to choose from. I was also able to choose from two fillings, and choose from a selection of legs in different materials and finishes. As a result, my sofa feels truly personalised to me which is brilliant. Dan, the showroom manager, was fantastic from start to finish. He made the showroom a really lovely place to be and was extremely helpful and friendly. This was my first sofa purchase and he answered all my questions, plus posed questions I wouldn't have even thought to ask. He's clearly very knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer. I had to wait three months for delivery (Dan made this clear at the point of sale and I was happy to wait). However, it still arrived earlier than expected and James and Jai delivered and assembled it speedily and efficiently. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable and shared some good tips for keeping the sofa in good condition. My only minor criticism would be that it would have been nice to have received a time slot/window the day before delivery. When S&S message you with your delivery date, you are invited to call them up if you want to know the time but I received this message during working hours and was too busy to call. The sofa was delivered the next day at 7.15am so it was lucky I happened to be awake as I wouldn't usually be! As I say, this is a very minor criticism as you are able to find out the time if you want to. It just would have been easier and more convenient if this was included automatically in the text and email confirmations. Overall I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my sofa and the service I received from everyone involved in the sale and delivery. I won't look anywhere else next time I need a piece of furniture and am already looking forward to returning to the showroom!
